Running notes on 64bit RHEL

I'm running CentOS 6.3 and can get notes to start, but it doesn't always paint the GUI properly.

For example, if I go to manage locations in the settings, I do not see anything in the actual settings portion of the GUI.

I have tried installing almost all i686 versions of rpms that I can think of which might help - but I seem to still be missing something

Any thoughts?
